Gemstone care.

Small stones may be replaced as part of our care service. Centre stones are covered when loss or damage results from a Gal Bora structural failure; other centre-stone loss or damage is excluded.

A little care at home.

Remove your jewellery before heavy work, swimming and using household cleaners. Store pieces separately. If a gemstone feels loose, stop wearing the piece and contact us.
